Dizziness


What is Dizziness? 

Dizziness is defined as disorientation in space; a sense of unsteadiness; a feeling of movement within the head such as giddiness or a swimming sensation; lightheartedness; or a whirling sensation. Dizziness changes your sense of balance and can increase your risk of falling.

Common Causes of Dizziness.
  • Stress or anxiety
  • Pregnancy
  • Low blood pressure
  • Anemia
  • Drinking too much alcohol

Home Remedies for Dizziness:
Tip 1: 
Take about 3 tbsp of wheat, 10-12 almonds and some pumpkin seeds and soak this mixto ture over night. Following day grind them finely to make a paste. Now add some cloves to this paste and boil the mixture with milk. You can add some sugar to taste. Consume regularly for few days.

Tip 2:
 
Soak amla and coriander for a night and then take it the following morning.

Tip 3:
A mixture of honey and some apple cider vinegar also work wonders.


Tip 4:
Prepare a mixture of lemon extract, pinch of salt, black pepper and water and drink it to get rid of dizziness.


Tip 5:
Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. But avoid sugary drinks like colas and soft drinks.

 
Tip 6:
Mix salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard in equal proportions. Take it along with a glass full of water. This

helps to increase the blood circulation and keeps you steady.
